Since 2013, I have helped foster families, single parents, step parents, grandparents caring for their grand children, blended families, parents working with state services, justice involved families and so many others throughout Pierce, King, Thurston and Kitsap Counties. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change and do your work.

Parenting can be challenging, especially with the pandemic- school closures, social activities being limited, and people worried about contacting this deadly disease. Life has changed as we know it! Family dynamics have changed- parents are working from home with school age children and children are not able to see friends as they used to. Buttons are being pushed in ways that were unimaginable, emotional and psychological needs are not being met and it feels like there is no end to the stress of parenting. But remember, there is no "bad child", just challenging behavior.
